OUR WATERFRONT COMMUNITY IS UNDER ATTACK!!

Youth programs, small bussinesses and the only waterfront park in Hunts Point are at risk due to the New York States DOT and Gov. Cuomo’s plan to build a ramp for the Sheridan Expressway on Edgewater Road. Have you ever looked around in your community and wished for more places to hang out, be outside, play sports or have other kinds of fun? Are you tired of having to leave your community in order to be somewhere you feel comfortable? Are you tired of decisons being made in your community without your input?

Well! We have been advocating for these changes for almost 20 years and we are at an extra critical stage of this work. This year we invite you all to come learn about what is happening in your community, and let your voices be heard!

Join us for food, music, activities, open mic and prizes!
