Urban Waves @ Open Hydrant Theater Company is the experimental, edgier and adult side of Open Hydrant Theater Company. Urban Waves is the community theater of Hunts Point.
OH is a professional youth ensemble and the only Equity Ensemble theatre company in the Bronx and celebrates family oriented theater by introducing the classics in a fun and interactive way.
Located at The Point, URBAN WAVES presents it’s Fall SHORTS Play Festival. New short plays selected from playwrights from across the country will be directed and performed by members of Urban Waves @ Open Hydrant. Come and experience the inception of a unique brand of theatre in an enriched community and creative environment.
