Come and celebrate the 20th anniversary of Fem Flava with us, a conference designed for femmes of color in the Bronx, fostering connections with the community through local resources and networks. Embracing the theme of "Rebirth," this year's event assures an empowering experience! Join our workshops, performances, and various activities as we cultivate a secure environment for femmes to partake in discussions that both challenge and redefine feminism in our everyday experiences. We warmly welcome youth groups to participate!

The Fem Flava conference offers a vibrant array of local vendors, each presenting their unique products and items for attendees to explore and enjoy. From handmade crafts to artisanal goods, participants have the opportunity to peruse an extensive selection of offerings, supporting local businesses and artisans while immersing themselves in the diverse and dynamic atmosphere of the event.
The Fem Flava conference showcases a variety of workshops that align with the theme of this year, such as "Spring Awakening with Laraib," "Painting with Amanda Everich: You Are the Map," "Vision Boards with Confetti Party Place: The Eve On - Celebrate Dualities of Selfhood," "Storytelling in Spanglish with Youth Organizers," and "Nurturing The Womb with The Uptown Birthkeeper."
The Fem Flava conference showcases a variety of performances including music, poetry, and artistic expressions, all representing diversity.
Fem Flava, a conference for femmes of color in the Bronx, is happening at The Points CDC in the Hunts Point neighborhood. It's a chance for femmes to connect with the community through local resources. The conference provides a safe space for discussions that rethink feminism's impact on our daily lives. Everyone is welcome to join workshops, performances, and other activities, and we especially encourage youth groups to attend.
